Ingredients:
- 1 package of cannelloni tubes (10-12 count)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

- Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
