- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, enchilada sauce, chili powder, jalapeño peppers, and salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
